Return Policy

2.1 Return Period: We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and health safety, we cannot accept returns on used or opened soap products. Products must be in original packaging.

2.3 Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at phantosmiascents@gmail.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

2.4 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

2.5 Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at phantosmiascents@gmail.com.

2.6 Shipping Costs for Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations
